An excellent service from beginning to end. The team at Synergy were quick to find me opportunities, and I was kept up to date throughout with how things were progressing. It was the personal approach that stood out to me, that I wasn't just another 'number' on the books. When I look back at the last 10 years and think of what we have achieved as a company it astounds me. The idea to 'go on my own' was born out of an idea that I could do something better.
As a parent, what would you do if you were told that your child had a terminal condition (aged 2)? She has been told, that this generation of children will be 'The last to die' OR 'the first to live' and with your help, we can hope for the latter. Alex's Wish is our Charity of the Year for 2021, and we want to raise as much money as possible for this local charity.
Tom is an excellent recruiter that kept me in the loop and helped me through the whole process. The position he found for me was ideal. He's recruited others at this company too and everyone has only positive things to say. Could not recommend this company enough. They started off by visiting us and talking us through the whole process, explaining where we have gone wrong in the past with recruitment and how to get a better overall culture within our company. I've contacted Synergy Personnel on two occasions to find a job - the first time I spoke to Gavin, and the second time I spoke to Tom. Both Gavin and Tom were so professional and friendly, and they were so good at keeping me up to date with available roles and updates on applications I'd made to specific companies. I received calls from both of them even when we hadn't scheduled a time to discuss roles further; both just wanted to see how I was getting on in my own job search and wanted to let me know about other roles that appeared that they thought I might be interested in. I've been speaking Gavin for several months during the difficult Covid times after my Contract was terminated. He and the team at Synergy worked tirelessly to find me a suitable position and was successful, as yesterday I started a new role. I applied for a temporary job through Indeed and received a call from Synergy within an hour. Their online registration is easy and simple to do. The job is exactly as advertised and I have had great communication from them either by text or phone calls. Their staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. So far, they are everything I am looking for in a recruitment agency and would recommend them highly.

Best agency I've worked for (been with quite a few) constantly provided me work for about a year and worked it around my needs, pay was always correct and if it wasn't it was sorted quickly. Recently got a permanent job elsewhere, but will definitely be coming back if things don't go to plan. Definitely recommended.
