TAG Recruitments was established in Leicestershire during 2002 by our two current owners and over the years has grown into one of the midlands largest suppliers specialising in logistics, manufacturing, driving, food processing and white-collar recruitment.

The methods of recruiting candidates are becoming harder as we have all found during recent years. With unemployment levels at their lowest for nearly half a century and constantly falling and with greater competition from employers, we have had to adjust our attraction and advertising methods across various platforms, often used alongside each other in order to reach as many people as possible.

TAG Recruitments follow industry standard Terms of Business as laid out by our regulatory body The Recruitment and Employment Confederation. We currently operate two versions of Terms of Business again both cementing our commitment to being industry specific and not a one size fits all. We operate Terms of Business for our Industrial Clients and our Driving / HGV Clients as both are regulated and operated slightly differently.

A place full of lies and false promises. Do not recommend.
When I first came looking for a job the people were very welcoming and friendly. I asked them if they have any work and they offered a weekend job. I double asked as I also told them that I want to be sure as I had to quit another job (no work for weeks). My only concern was transport s I don't own a car and one of the girls did say that there is a bus but during weekends there might be issues. Then she said, "But don't worry, we have drivers that can take you there, you just have to call them in advance.".
After registering with them

The staff is very friendly and cooperative but in sometimes you don't get a reply back which is quite disappointing but they will help you and guide you if you have any issue with work. But i would definitly recommend others to join TAG as it has been the best experience with this agency so far.

I've been promised a job after my induction! Ive been sending text messeged everyday to book my shift on number they provided! No reply for a week! Very odd answers on the phone when I call them! They said I've been sending messeged to the wrong number! Meanwhile Pols, that I did induction with - already working! They really prioritise Pols! So if you're different nationally - please don't waste your time! They have wasted lots of mine!
