I have been going to Daniel for many years and the service has consistently been 5 stars. There is absolutely no hard sell ( as experienced with some high street opticians) and Daniel is very knowledgeable and friendly.
In the last couple of years my vision has deteriorated due to cataracts and Daniel arranged for me to have cataract surgery. Daniel fully explained the procedure and I knew exactly what to expect. The surgery was very straightforward and was 100% successful.
My vision is now better than for many years and, at age 73, this has given me a new lease of life.

Daniel and the team were beyond fantastic. Incredibly caring, insightful and patient throughout the whole process of buying a new set of frames. I have a relatively complex prescription, and Daniel made me feel completely looked after. I would always recommend the DH team to anyone in the Leeds area. I'd give 6/5 stars if possible!

Went to Daniel Hayton Optician for eye test because I need to take driving road test the week after. The service was first class; the staff were most helpful. Eye test was very thourough. They managed to get me some lenses that I could use for the driving test in very short time. I was very glad that it’s Daniel’s I went to. Honestly it’s the best optician experience I have ever had and will definitely recommend to friends. By the way, I passed my driving test! Thanks to Daniel and the team!

My wife went there to have eyes retested before her driving test. She received a quick appointment and immediate follow up with some corrective lenses. The service was friendly and most professional. The testing was very thorough and the analysis covered more than was expected. (According to my wife: the best she has ever received). And she passed her test :-) millions of thanks to Daniel and the team!

Absolutely fantastic service received from all staff at Daniel Hayton Opticians. Cannot recommend this place enough! Excellent range of designer frames stocked and very reasonably priced too. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff always make time for you and really do go out of their way to help you. Finding glasses for a 1 year old was a very daunting prospect, but the whole process was made so much easier by Daniel and the team, whose help and advice was invaluable.
