Copper View is a spacious two bedroomed bungalow style holiday cottage situated on the corner of a residential estate in Coniston. Sit and relax on the comfortable furniture in the lounge which has a large picture window giving beautiful views of the Coniston Fells. Two bedrooms lead off the central hall way, the twin bedroom is en-suite whilst there is a second bathroom for use from the double bedroom.
Beechgrove is a traditional bungalow style Coniston holiday cottage set in its own private garden with off road parking for 2 cars in the gated driveway. All rooms lead off the central hallway - lounge with 2 leather sofas, bathroom with shower over bath, separate WC, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, fully fitted kitchen.
Cancellation - must be made in writing. If cancelled 4 weeks or less prior to arrival date the full balance is payable. We will make every effort possible to re-let the property and if successful the balance will be refunded accordingly. Any damage caused beyond normal wear and tear must be reported before departure and if necessary you will be charged for putting it right.
There is so much to see and do during your stay at either Copper View Cottage or Beechgrove Cottage including a choice of walks from the door, a lake cruise on Coniston Water, plus there is a choice of local attractions including Brantwood and the Ruskin Museum, plus the bustling village offers some great independent shops and plenty of places to eat and drink.
You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to nearby walking routes. There is a good choice of routes available from the door which range from a lovely lakeside path that runs alongside Coniston Water, to nearby have Tarn Hows which is a lovely trail that is also suitable for buggies and wheelchairs and then, of course, you have a choice challenging Wainwright fells including Coniston Old Man which shadows the village of Coniston.
