Our Office & Commercial division is run by one of our Directors, Natalie who is a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and comes with over 15 years recruitment experience. She prides herself on her extensive knowledge of recruitment within the Dorset and surrounding areas and is equally knowledgeable working on Junior Administrative vacancies through to Senior Executive Appointments.
Our HR division is run by Robin Brian, a senior member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and one of the South's leading HR recruiters. When you contact our HR division you are gaining a trusted source of leading, up-to-date market information as well as a personalised service to help you and us understand exactly what your next career move may look like.
Our IT division is run by Jennie Swain who is a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals. Jennie comes with 18 years technical and IT recruitment experience. She has the ability to find top quality candidates for those hard to fill vacancies and prides herself on her extensive knowledge and relationship based approach.

I was looking for work in a market that was saturated and no one was hiring, my skills were out of date due to the pandemic but Robin found me a job in my local area and was giving me feedback the whole time on the process.
