I was approached by Electus a while back for a role which I initially thought was out of my scope however I was encouraged to put myself forward for it of which I duly did. I didn't hear anything back for a while so assumed I hadn't been successful however Katherine contacted me to say they wanted to have an informal chat. I was then invited to attend an interview which resulted in me being offered a role doing something of which I didn't imagine being able to achieve for a while.
