We are an independent recruitment consultancy dedicated to finding the right people for a wide variety of temporary and permanent jobs across Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset. Having been in business under the current management team since 2010, we have gone from strength to strength. Our Catering Division is widely recognised as the market leader in the area, supplying staff across Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset from its 5 locations in Charminster, Weymouth, Southampton, Yeovil and Bridgwater. Our teams are comprised of ex-industry professionals who understand the recruitment challenges unique to catering and hospitality and who are able to recruit, train, induct and uniform check all our Candidates before they arrive onsite.

Just wow! I couldnt find a job in London for 3 months... I came to BH and they offered me one on the next day! I even drive for the company! When no agency offered me any hope, city centre gave me so much more than that! I love the staff and I love working for them. Im proud to be a part of their team x)

My partner told me about City centre recruitment, so I went to see Morgan who was extremely helpful, they had me working straight away, I'm doing a job right now that I'm really enjoying, and the nice thing is that Morgan makes the time to make sure that everything is going well,
