Our story began in sunny Bournemouth in 2005 with just 1 recruiter and a passion for the Hospitality industry. Like every new business, the early years saw hard work, tenacity and determination, underpinned with strong family values. Over time we attracted like-minded Hospitality professionals into the wonderful world of recruitment and have enjoyed steady, organic growth since.

I couldn't recommend Platinum more; their communication is fantastic (both way back before lockdown, and during) and everything is always crystal clear. Their help in finding you jobs is excellent. They make it as easy as possible for you, which is perfect for agency work. Their support during lockdown was helpful and consistent.

I have worked with Tom, Andy, Rob and not forgetting Jo and Matt. I have only been with Platinum for just under a year but in that year I have worked from Poole to Cheltenham. I have enjoyed most jobs but nothing in life is perfect and what I chose not to do again someone else may love.
The flexibility of working for an agency is great as you can chose when and what you do. Yes there are quiet times but then there’s busy times too.
I would recommend Platinum as a client and an employee for all front and back of house needs.

I have been working for Platinum Recruitment on and off over the last couple of years, and have seen them grow and evolve as an agency. In general I enjoy working for the agency, I receive shifts regularly (although you do need to call regularly to ask for shifts) and enjoy working at most of their locations. If there is a location I do not particularly enjoy I do not need to go back. Working with the flexibility of the agency has been perfect alongside my studies. Staff are always friendly, very helpful and they are always contactable - especially Andy, Rob and Tom Leech. There is a minimum shift

Working in Front Of House can be tricky, however they make it a joy for places I'm posted to. I've worked with other people employed by Platinum in Front Of House and everyone who works for them are very professional and knew exactly what they were doing, and had great personalities. #MadeFriendsForLife

I've worked for Platinum Recruitment since 2013 and I can truly say they've been great. As a student of Bournemouth University, I've had to balance heavy workloads with trying to earn money to cover essentials such as rent and bills which student finance does not cover. Platinum Recruitment has been my saviour here. With very flexible hours and incredibly friendly staff whom I'm in contact with weekly, we've kept a great relationship over the years.
