The internet is awash with Job Seeker advice, much of it very useful, but plenty of it quite useless, conflicting and not accurate for the UK. When we come across really good articles and other content we upload it here for your consideration. Our Rubicon blog is also a great source of information and advice.

The greatest experience that I ever had with an agency! They are extremely helpful and it is pretty easy to see that they really care for their people. My experience with Rubicon was the most positive and supported I have ever felt in my professional life. My contact was primarily with Chloe and Tina who both greatly assisted me in finding and securing a new role in a job I would have been far too nervous to apply for alone. They coached me, answered all of my questions and kept in touch in a really personal way which meant a lot to me. I was in a tight spot for work and needed something instantly; within one day they had found me a position to keep me going in a place that suits me perfectly.
If you're looking for somewhere that genuinely helps rather than just taking half of your pay, this is the place!!!!!

The Rubicon team have been great. The whole job process has been very thorough and professional in helping me securing the job role applied for. Excellent service, the staff are incredibly friendly and amazing at their jobs; after one meeting with a staff member, they were able to find a position specifically suited for my own personal interests and values.
