Be taught by qualified and passionate instructors, and be part of our wonderful Bewitched Babes community. Spend 30-40 mins using the pole, we will show you some nice spins, poses and spinning pole tricks. You will get to do the move with the instructor and have time to practise and get individual feedback.

We are body positive at Bewitched! Which means we welcome all body types, and all fitness levels. You can be curvy and start pole, you can be weak and start pole - we have 12 years of helping women find their strength! This class is totally for beginners with no strength, we have some simple and pretty moves to show you that you can 100% achieve!

If you want to use a PACK, or pay monthly - you will need to go to the MEMBERSHIPS Tab in Team Up below. Some classes will have the option to purchase a membership at the checkout for the class. Once you have purchased a pack or membership, then you can find the class you wish to book and use the credit.
Access to our PRIVATE Facebook community where we share mindset and training tips, a safe space for you to share your progress and thoughts, uplift and be uplifted! If you start a beginner course, this time will be the same time for your progressive levels. We believe it is important to keep with the same group as you progress.
Perfect for complete beginners to advanced flexibility - we can monitor your progress and give you the guidance you need to become more flexible where you want it most! Each class will contain a light warm-up, active isolated stretching to warm the muscles up further, classic stretching, yoga and contortion techniques, as well as using the pole, wall, yoga blocks and strap to get the most out of stretching!
