We have been customers of Vales for some years for our Cats welfare and have had very good service.
I had a bit of a scare when one of our Cats got stung by something recently. Viv, Stephen and Ange were able to help her out at short notice and put my mind at rest. Treatment and Tests were completed quickly, Thank you for your expertise and compassion.

Great place.
I recently had to make an emergency appointment because my hamster was very ill. I called and got a same day appointment, the hamster got the medicine he needed and is doing very well now.
I found this place to be realiable and efficient, the lady who I spoke to was very nice and took good care of Alvin.

Dona took my number and said she would call back. Other places did the same but never called back. She asked what we could afford and did everything she could to help us. We had a phone call back within 10 minute's. Then a
