The equine team work mainly as ambulatory veterinary surgeons, visiting many premises each day. We also have facilities for day cases at our own RCVS approved clinic. All of our equipment is portable allowing detailed investigations to be performed at home. These include ultrasonography, radiography, and endoscopy.

Services
We are very happy to encourage students from schools or colleges into the profession but can only accept those over 16 years of age. We require a letter outlining any career aspirations and an accompanying letter from school or college. Please send these to our HR Manager; contact details below. We are always keen to provide veterinary students with an opportunity to 'see practice'.
If you have lost your pet (or found a stray animal) please call us during our normal working hours to report the details. We hold a log of all lost and found pets and are keen to reunite lost pets with their owners. If the animal has a microchip, we can scan this and contact the owner. Additionally dog owners can contact the dog warden between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday on 01905 822799.
If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice on 01905 773262 for Droitwich, 01905 453007 for Worcester or 01527 861771 for Wychbold immediately. We will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
For same-day appointments or emergencies please call us. Appointment length depends on the issue(s) at hand: we do not work to strict timings. For procedures such as booster vaccinations or behavioural advice sessions, you will usually have an appointment with a Royal College veterinary nurse. We will do our best to accommodate your choice of date and time and will contact you to confirm or seek alternative dates.

So having rang and spoken to steve odell via phone making a complaint about a letter received by a family member and the poor service they received this family member had received a termination of service letter funnily enough after my complaint about the letter i also received a letter talk about a childish narcissistic approach to supposed veterinary care

It was my first time with the vet and I was very impressed with the information given to me and the handling of my puppy. If today’s experience is anything to go on I would highly recommend this practice. Due to COVID vets came out to collect animals and I was very pleased to note how they all interacted with the pets. Very encouraging from my point of view. Well done.

We have had to visit MB&G vets in Droitwich during the month of December 2021 on several occasions, firstly to say our last goodbye to our 14year old Spaniel ‘Rosie’ and secondly for our remaining Spaniel ‘Bobby’ who had to undergo an operation procedure. On both occasions the care and attention has been excellent by all staff involved with our visits.

Absolutely delighted with the prompt diagnosis and quick decision to operate the following morning. Ruby is part of our family and obviously we worried for her but we were made to feel comfortable every step of the way. The staff were extremely caring towards both me and Ruby. I have been a client to Steve Odell for about 15 years .I now have to travel 30 miles to see him but I wouldn't change for the world. Steve is a very conscientious animal loving vet who always works with me
