Food was very good and initially service excellent On person in our group of 6 brought a bottle of wine and 3 people had a small glass We were charged £18 for corkage When we questioned this we were told that they had explained the corkage charges to us which they most definitely had not That was the end of the goodwill as they were basically calling us liars
Never again will we go there

Might be coincidence, but my card suffered fraud on it after using it at the terminal at the business the next day early hours of the morning. That aside, food was average, not poor by any means, but certainly not worth the money. Was expecting a cut above the rest as I used to use Kebabish in Sutton and the food was excellent - as well as the service. The tender chicken strips I remember from Kebabish had turned into small bite-size pieces - as if cut up for a child. Remember them being a lot better quality Kebabish. Not sure if it's the same owners - but was a much better service and food. Wouldn

During lockdown we haven’t been able to go to this lovely restaurant However they have operated a take away service, and We’ve Just had our order this evening and it’s still top standard, the food is beautiful and the customer service is brilliant, fast delivery too. We’ve ordered extra so we can have some more tomorrow too. Highly recommend and so pleased they are doing a delivery service. Thank you.

I came here for my baby shower, excellent service, and although its quite pricey the quality of the food reflected the price.
Portions may appear small but are very filling.
There is no parking but was able to find space on the near by roads.
All in all i highly recommend if you fancy splashing out on a good quality curry.

Excellent food at a reasonable price. The dishes are familiar but with a refined and modern twist. The minced lamb and goat's cheese parcels a great example. The bhaji's were crunchy, the shamee kebabs succulent and moreish.
Clearly this place is all about the balti and I wasn't disappointed, there were layers of flavours and the spicing had the right balance of sweetness and heat; the keema nan the perfect accompaniment, packed with succulent meat, delicious and a real treat.
The whole place was busy all evening and I can see why, a little gem.

Easily the best Indian restaurant in Moseley, the food is uniquely spiced and certainly does not disappoint. I would advise booking if you want to visit, especially over the weekend as they get very busy. Unlike a number of other Indian restaurants Kababish is licenced. The staff are lovely and everything is fairly priced.

After walking around mosely for something to eat without a reservation we just passed by here by accident. The place is great! We had to wait 10 minutes which was ideal to have a first drink at the bar. This place is buzzing and comfortable. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly and authentic and just down to earth polite. I spotted many groups, like days and friend's nights out and thought this would be a good restaurant to celebrate something. The food was delicious too and really affordable as well. Loved the paneer shashlik and the okra curry. If you're after good food, replaxed

There's a reason why this place is my family's go to for birthday meals and just generally going out for a curry, because it's so good.
There's a wide variety on the menu, catering for all spice levels, that you really are spoilt for choice. I had an old favourite, the Murghi Cholley Saagwalla, where the combination of chicken, spinach and chick peas isn't the hottest of curries but is jam packed full of flavour.
The service is excellent, the food is great and it's definitely good value for money, what more could you want?

I was not that impressed by Kababish. We were a large group and service was painfully slow: first we had a long wait for our order to be taken then over an hour before food was served ... So over 90 minutes after arrival before main course reached the table. Restaurant very warm Food was good but not great. Overall, can't really recommend.

With 'The Bish' as my friends and I affectionally refer to it, you simply cannot go wrong. Every meal I have enjoyed here has been wonderful and it is a firm favourite for birthdays and special occasions.
The food is a little bit more expensive than a standard curry house (around £8-10 for a main) but it is worth the extra money for the wonderful setting, great staff and excellent food.
We've sampled a lot of the menu over the years and highly recommend the paneer shashlik to start and either murgi cholley saagwalla or karrara gosht for main. They also serve a chicken tikka

Fantastic food, very helpful staff and lovely decor. Most importantly the food tastes fresh and they select only the best cuts of meat for their curries - you can really taste the difference when eating there. It gets very busy and often they take bookings until 10:30 pm! So booking is advisable, but even if they're full, you can still order a take away. Top rated food and service.
