This means for some non routine medications and food orders we are asking clients to allow 7 working days when requesting them to collection. Food orders can be ordered direct via our website and delivered directly to your door. Please check with the surgery when ordering your repeat prescriptions to see if your request may be affected by this.

Services
We pride ourselves on providing you and your pet with a service that is friendly, caring and efficient. Due to their very specific needs, we recommend that owners of reptiles and snakes go to a specialist veterinary practice. The nearest one to us is Seers Croft. We carry out most procedures on the premises, including routine and emergency operations, dental work, investigations and other, more specialised procedures.
Emergencies will of course be seen immediately, but please telephone first to inform the staff. During office hours, the surgery is open for prescription collection, counter sales and general advice. Outside office hours, your calls will be redirected to our out-of-hours emergency veterinary service, which depending on what you require is currently provided by Worthing Emergency Vets or Vets2Home.
Worthing Emergency Vets provides a comprehensive and convenient out-of-hours service, with vets and nurses on site providing the best possible care for your pets, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
As pet owners ourselves, we believe Worthing Emergency Vets is the best possible out-of-hours provider to treat and stabilise your pet due to the fact that it is a 24/7 hospital and is ideally located for pet owners in and around the Worthing area - the last thing anyone needs in an emergency is a long car journey to somewhere you are unfamiliar with and it is always in the best interest of your pet to get medical attention sooner rather than later.

We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
This is the preferred method of identification for most pets and the majority of rescue centres, Veterinary Surgeries, Police stations and dog-wardens are equipped with scanners to check animals that are brought in. We recommend it to all clients as it makes identifying lost animals far quicker and generally more successful.

I unfortunately trusted these people to Spay my healthy 16 month dog. She is currently fighting for her life in an emergency vets. They could barely be bothered to call me back and when they did they just dismissed it and repeated the expression ‘I can see why you’re annoyed’ . Disgusting.
The vet did not sew the wound up properly and she nearly bled to death. Beyond belief.

Relatively new to this vet and they’re great. When we needed an emergency visit the fitted us in and have been great with my pup. We’ve been a few times for flea stuff etc and they always spoil pup if they have time. As a result she pulls excitedly to go in there - much better than having her scared. The medical stuff u can’t really judge, you have to work on trust and all seems great. The friendly personal touch is first class!

Very professional staff, who take time to explain everything and answer and any questions regarding my cat's health. When my cat was spayed, she came home in perfect health - no pain and happy as usual. We have the health care plan, so we get great service at great prices - free flea and worm treatment, free Vaccination and check-ups, free microchip, and discounts on spaying and food. Its excellent value for money.
