Sarah, the Practice Mgr, has an appalling attitude to customers and I am not the first to state it in these reviews. She tried to make me feel guilty about asking the cost of a consultation and said rudely and incorrectly I was only interested in the money and in addition she lied about hearing a conversation with a colleague when she was on a different floor. When I discussed the medication she made out that it caused internal bleeding and liver issues and I correctly said obviously not with the right dosage otherwise it wouldn't be a popular and registered medication for a dog, she didn't like

Absolutely disgusting. Constant jibes at my expense every appointment. Final straw was being falsely accused of being abusive and being pulled into a room where I was shouted at by the branch manager about a. Something that didn't happen the way it was being portrayed and b. Something that wasn't my fault at all. Given differing information depending on who I spoke to and generally making their business a horrible place to be involved with. I requested an apology and was met with refusal and argument. I will be taking the issue further.

Since changing vets I have realised how much my old vet let me down. My dogs issues have been properly addressed and follow up appointments don't have to be decided by me when I think she might need them; they are booked at the time I first see the vet at the correct time for the medication to have an effect and progress to properly monitored. It really shows me what vet care should be and I know my dog is in good hands as she's not anywhere near as scared as this vet as the old one.
