We are a local personal training and bootcamp company based on the West Sussex/Hampshire border. Led by fitness guru and ex-military PTI, Topsy. Innovations Fitness provides a range of fitness sessions and bootcamps for all ages and abilities. We believe in the mantra of getting fit whilst having fun.

With our high energy bootcamp sessions, we can help you to achieve your goals, whether in a one on one personal training regime or as part of a fun, friendly group. Services
Innovations Fitness offer a range of Boot Camp sessions at Emsworth Park. We make sure all our classes are suitable for all our clients, encouraging you while you work out, creating a fun and supportive atmosphere so that you can get fit, achieve your goals and enjoy yourself while you do it. If your answer to any of these questions is YES, then Boot Camp is for you.
Our outdoor beginners sessions are planned to help you build strength and confidence to achieve your personal goals whatever they maybe. After 15 year in the Navy as a Physical Training Instructor, I started Innovations Fitness to provide a friendly, approachable and absolutely passionate company to help you get fit!
Boxerfit is the ultimate fitness session, combining cardio, strength, speed and boxing. Boxerfit will get you fit fast! Boxerfit will melt away those excess kilos and have you fighting fit in no time! In a Boxerfit session you will burn up to 600 calories! in 60 minutes. That's more calories than your average fitness session, and by the way, Boxerfit is a whole lot more fun too!
Emsworth Joggers is a small, new, unique and friendly running club, based in the heart of Emsworth. We cater for all running abilities. Each week we hold training sessions, off road running in the dark by head torch and distance runs on a Sunday through some beautiful countryside local to the club.
The "Couch to 5km" running course has become popular enabling people to get back into running or start from scratch. If you are unfit and have never run before, we offer genuine support for the complete beginner. During the "Couch to 5km" course training will be given on pacing, foot strike and breathing techniques.

The bootcamps on offer are fantastic with such a range - Spartan Fit, Bootcamp, Beginner's Bootcamp, Buggy Bootcamp, C25K - something for everyone and at all times of day. Both Topsy and Lisa are engaging, fun and no session is ever the same. A range of options given so truly great for all fitness levels.
Have also had PT sessions with IF and can highlight recommend. Sessions are absolutely tailored to you and your needs.
Not just great for physical health; the social side is phenomenal and really kept me going through lockdown. They also do great weekends away. I just completed the 3 Peaks Challenge

Thank you to Lisa & Topsy.
I've been working with Lisa & Topsy, on a one to one basis, come rain or shine at 0700 in the Park, for the last few months. During that time I've definitely improved my all round fitness, especially my strength, stamina and energy levels. I've also reduced body fat (still plenty more to go!), and increased my muscle mass. I don't believe I would have made these gains without their help.
I've continued to learn about exercise techniques, nutrition and am now able to do exercises that I never thought possible as I passed 50. I plan to continue working with them to build
