Healthcare Plan Report

Norwood Veterinary Group's Healthcare Plan has been designed to provide you as a pet owner with the best quality preventative treatments through a simple, money saving monthly Direct Debit payment. We have teamed up with SimplyHealth who will collect your direct debits on our behalf, take care of the administration of the plan and free us to concentrate on looking after your pet.

I came in today with my father in law and his cat whom I had suspected had developed hyperthyroidism (I am a vet myself, but work in the USA and I'm just visiting family here). We were seen by Dr Jill Walker. She was very pleasant, kind and efficient. She asked about the concerns we had for the cat and then took her for an examination. After the exam she suggested a blood test ( which was done immediately) and the results were relayed by phone to my family this evening.
Dr Jill also suspected it was an overactive thyroid issue and the result from the blood test confirmed this.

Good caring staff receptionists & vers. Out of hours support was available but I dint believe was 100% assuring.
The parking arrangements can be tricky if its busy.

Have been coming here for 3 years now with my lab and springador and have always been treated with utmost kindness, warmth and care. None more so than this week when I've had to broach the end of life subject with two of the vets and a nurse. I can't praise them more highly. The whole team is wonderful.

Always a fantastic service, vets listen and explain accordingly. Very affordable and don't over charge for no reason. We have been back and forward with vets for a few years but we are happy with the service from here and will continue to return.
