We have been a family established business since 1952. Richard Miles has two branches, one based in Chingford and the other in South Woodford. We offer reasonably priced jewellery and a selection of superior and high calibre as well as unique jewellery and wedding bands. We stock 9ct gold, 18ct gold and platinum and at times we may have 24ct gold available.
We stock diamonds and gemstones which are crafted in to rings, pendants, bracelets and necklaces; all the things you would expect from an independent jeweller. Furthermore, we also stock silver jewellery fitted with semi precious stones or no stones at all. We aim to cater for every customer and price band.

Services
The majority of our jewellery repairs are done on site such as chain repairs, bracelet adjustment, ring resizeing and minor solders. However if the repairs are very delicate and intricate, our specialist designated workshop complete the repairs at hatton garden. Our repairs are priced fairly and are generally completed within a week.
All Purchases made on our Website are Delivered Free of Charge Via Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders over 75. Orders should be with you between 1 - 3 working days. Items less than 75 it will be Royal mail signed for delivery. For certain transactions we may ask for proof of a customers identification and a proof of address in the form a utility bill or statement before items are dispatched.

I walked past this jewellers and saw that they bought old gold. I had a bag of 18carat cold jewellery so I took it back to the jewellers for a quote. The guy offered me £229 for the whole lot. I was surprised that it was so little. I declined and was about to leave when he started fiddling with his calculator and increased his offer to £250. I just couldn't be bothered with bartering. I declined and walked out.
The next day, I took the same bag of jewellery to three different jewellers and between them the quoted £877, £920 and £941.
I agree with the previous review and hope this dishonest

This company is one of the best run Jewellers with in Chingford/Southwood ford area I would say that is the one of the best Jewellers because of the customer services offered by the main staff members and they have a great diverse selection of jewellery. You can tell that they really have an in-depth knowledge about their industry and I would highly recommend them.
