Six weeks earlier we ordered a decent looking wedding set of earrings and a necklace for 4.4k from this store and yesterday we went to pick up and pay the balance in full. They tried to sell me an un-hallmarked necklace worth 2.7k (the earrings were hallmarked), after paying for it i spotted this and asked the lady serving us where it was, she pointed at a blank space on the necklace fastener and said this is the hall mark (it was written clearly on the earrings).
