Services
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery service to ensure a secure, safe and fast delivery service. If for any reason there is a delay regarding your order we will contact you directly via email with an estimated delivery date within 12 hours of you placing your order. We work hard to meet any special delivery requests you may have.
Unfortunately not, the order can only be sent to the same address that the card is registered to. All UK customers should receive their order within 1-2 working days, providing we have it in stock. If the order is a special order, the delivery time will be 3-4 weeks and we shall keep you updated during that time.
At Delan Jewellers you can swap your Gold, Silver and Platinum jewellery. If you have half pairs of ear rings, broken or dented jewellery, or items that you will not wear again and no longer enjoy, you can swap them for a new piece of jewellery or a watch. If the item you are selling is worth more than the new piece of jewellery or watch you want, we will pay the difference in cash!
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably; snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle. At the end of the day and when your fingers are warm (Fingers are smaller in the early morning and when cold.) Avoid using string or paper to measure ring size as these materials can stretch or twist, yielding an inaccurate measurement.
