Steven Richardson is by far the best recruiter I've ever worked with. Never in my career has an external recruiter been so communicative, supportive and transparent throughout the entire interview process. What I loved the most about working with him is that he truly cared about how the process was going from my perspective. He wanted to debrief after each milestone to ensure he was able to communicate my feedback back to the company in order to make sure everyone was on the same page. He was always professional and very empathetic to everyone's perspective. I couldn't recommend working with KDR

I'm sure one of the pain points as a recruiter is that when looking for the right candidate for an open position, you need to scour through hundreds of candidates to find the right fit. It's super time-consuming. Though, once you engage, it's not unusual for recruiters to go quiet - I guess you can call this ghosting or cat-fishing?
This is where you find recruiters vs talent acquisition experts/professionals. Steven and his team are the pros; they understand that both the client and the candidate's experience are important

I worked for KDR for 5 years and can honestly say I had a incredible time working form KDR.
Through all the ups and down KDR has been more than just a job for me, the team are like a family and everyone really cares about each other. I've made friends for life at KDR and some amazing memories that will always stay with me.
The managment really care about their staff, not just professionally but personally as well.
When working for KDR you're not just another employee, you're a part of team all working towards the same goal.

I've worked with KDR for years with impressive recruitment consultants like Mike, Georgia. Georgia is one of the best as she helped me find a position in a reputed company with all her enthusiasm to answer any queries. However due to covid, I couldn't get onboard. She worked relentlessly to find me another suitable role. She helped me throughout the recruitment process keeping me updated with the progress. I have to say that without a doubt Oscar Brown of KDR is the best recruiter. Over the last three years I have worked with dozens of recruiters and I understand that there are those who just treat things like a sale they're making but on the other hand there are people like Oscar who keep you in the loop at all times, actually respects when you have preferred days/times or even formats for contacting, a man of his word!
He managed to convince me with a role that I felt uncertain about with my ability and the location but he talked to the hiring personnel, struck a deal that worked perfectly for

Straightforward and Honest - 2 words that come to mind when one thinks of Joe. Understands what his client wants, and ensures that he finds the right fit, as opposed to just meeting the bare minimum. Throughout my interactions with Joe, i found him to be courteous, polite and considerate of one's desires and aspirations. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Amy at KDR. From point one she was really easy and engaging to talk to. Amy listened to me about my job requirements and what was important to myself in a role and managed to find a role that for myself felt like a perfect fit.
