SEA Recruitment Services are based in Manchester, Cheshire, we provide accessible services for people who are deaf, hard of hearing or with limited communication across the whole of England. We provide both agency staff and care staff directly for people in the community. We welcome enquiries for both short term cover and long term support and endeavour to ensure a suitable staff match in terms of qualifications, experience and communication skills to meet the needs of clients or the organisation.

SEA Recruitment Services Ltd is based in Altrincham and covers the North West and parts of the South East of England. Our aim is to expand across the whole of the UK. We are a forward thinking, modern service that constantly improves services based on client feedback and involvement. We are a team of over 100+ staff (permanent and bank staff).
Our services benefit the deaf community in terms of the provision of jobs. Furthermore, providing staff and services that are fully accessible to people who use BSL as their first or preferred language. We require all our staff to have BSL skills therefore, we highly encourage deaf applicants to join the SEA team.
If you are seeking qualified, part-qualified or unqualified but experienced staff, with SEA Recruitment Services you will have access to staff who are able to deliver good quality services for your deaf customers. You can specify what level of qualifications and communication skills that you require.
If you are a deaf BSL user or hold a qualification in British Sign Language, you are eligible to apply due to all of our clients being deaf. Above all, any work experience in relation to deafness would be a great advantage. All applicants will be asked to attend for an information session to ensure you know about SEA.
SEA offer skilled support to ensure people who live here to achieve their optimum state of health and wellbeing. We recognise the individual need for personal fulfilment and aim to offer individualised programmes of meaningful activity to satisfy that need of Service Users and staff. All our staff are fully vetted, they are then subject to a full skills audit and training is provided to meet the requirements of the work.
