The lowest I can give is 1 star.
This company are truly awful and the software they sell is not fit for use commercially or within the public sectors.
I would not engage this company in any way ever again for MSP requirements.
Over promising and under-delivery in every aspect.
Their account managers are un-professional and you will see a reduction in agency suppliers as many of the national brands will not work with them.

I have acute myeloid leukemia and because I had a treatment come thru with the hospital and had to cancel my work for the week to go and have chemotherapy at last minute notice these sacked me from the job...i hope that 1 day you shall understand the pain i go thru with this disease..but unlike you i didn't hide at home...your business is disgusting and treats cancer patients with contempt...SHAME IS ON YOU GRI

A company promoting themselves in Camden (London) as a the only and fair way for schools to book supply teachers, saving them money on workforce and apparently preventing teachers being treated unfairly . Their website sounds like a dream come true. But what does it practically mean? Firstly, they ensured all Camden schools use only certain agencies, acting as middle men between them and teaching agencies. Interestingly enough the official de Poel address is near Manchester. Secondly, they apparently set their own pay rates - however they calculated them - not allowing the agencies to pay the teachers
