Services
Behavioural optometrists are specially trained to examine other aspects of vision that are not normally checked in a standard eye test. The behavioural optometrist takes into consideration how the vision has developed and whether there were any problems during development that could be limiting the potential of our visual system.

Hi I'm Paul today is Friday the 29th of October I just visited the village opticians Bury New Road Prestwich as the arm of my special designed glasses broke Last night As I'm a driver They are so essential For my work And also everyday life Reading etc... They were very helpful within one hour I have my lenses in new frames yeahhh so helpful and very friendly staff thank you all very much for your help today 😊

The actual venue is beautiful, modern and really nice to walk into.
Myself and my family are proud to have been patients there for many years and this review is actually long overdue.

Fantastic place.
Couldn't drive properly at night even after getting new glasses elsewhere.
Went to village opticians, and they sorted me out with slight adjustments to my perscription and now finally i drive comfortably at night.
Also, I'm terrible at choosing glasses and Benji there chose me 2 fantastic pairs!
So now I both look good and see well!

Fantastic customer service received from the moment i made my booking. Such a friendly place, I am absolutely made up with the customer service I received from the Village Optician.
All the staff are lovely. From arriving, the receptionist made me feel welcome with her friendly approach. My optician, 'Darshan' was fantastic! He explained everything to me so I was clear what was happening during my appointment. The checkout for my prescription was so straightforward where a lovely lady introduced herself and helped me choose some frames! I can not recommend this practice enough. Thank you so much

We will be forever grateful that we discovered Natalie and her vision therapy.
Over the past year we have watched George (7 yrs) go from being barely able to read, to choosing to sit and read for pleasure (and all of this in a year when he has missed so much school).
I was initially sceptical that George would be able to concentrate for a 45 minute zoom session, however Natalie’s ability to engage him with the process and build a rapport with him was absolutely amazing. I was stunned by Natalie’s ability to hold George’s attention, and so excited to see how his concentration improved week
