Got a phone call to make an appointment for a Glaucoma test. So it got booked. Then they phoned to cancel.
Then I get a further appointment to book again by Hazel. Of which someone else was telling her word for word on what to say to me. Which I thought was very unprofessional. It was booked for Wednesday 3rd July at 1.30pm.
The next week or so Thursday 20th June at 2pm they rang to cancel that appointment but wanted to re-arrange for another time?
I said well don't bother Hazel!
She said that she wasn't Hazel. Well she sounded exactly like her. So I said again well don't bother then! And left

I took a work experience at Optieye and was very happy with the overall support and advice I have received from optometrist working there. The optometrist works hard to achieve the best possible outcome for both glasses and contact lenses. The staff was friendly and gave high level of service. The owner Zahida couldn't have been more helpful. 5 star service!

First visit today and have to say really impressed both with staff and facilities. Was nice going to my local optician and feeling welcome and like a person and not someone's commission. Will be moving my custom away from Specsavers to them as its the personal touches that make a big difference. Cant say enough how pleased I am with the service and how quick and easy it was to make an appointment and get seen.
