Nunthorpe Hall is a Grade 2 Listed stately home, originally built by the Constable Family in the early 1600's, now converted and adapted to provide the highest quality Residential Care in the Historic Village of Nunthorpe.

The property stands within extensive grounds of some six and a half acres, and has been sympathetically designed to offer the finest accommodation in the area, allowing residents to enjoy their retirement within the grandest and most spacious day areas available locally. The historic Great Hall with its magnificent balustraded staircase is arguably the most spectacular room in Middlesbrough.
Services
Nunthorpe Hall is like no other care home. It's luxurious features and facilities need to be seen to be believed and we welcome visitors to come and have a look around this stunning home. Afernoon Tea at Marmaduke's, located inside Nunthorpe Hall, is an exquisite dining experience that captures the essence of this delightful British pastime.
Every resident is viewed as an individual and is thoroughly assessed prior to admission. Individual person-centred care plans are created to ensure that all assessed needs are met to the highest standards available. We find our residents typically prefer individual or small group activities. We have a resident pianist who plays on a weekly basis during our Sherry afternoons, whilst we also employ an Activity Coordinator.
Nunthorpe Hall is owned by George and Angela Dixon. Angela has many years Nursing experience, having previously ran an acute service and developed respiratory teams at James Cook University Hospital. She has also held a position as Matron of Acute Medicine, and has 27 years experience of Nursing Care and managing health facilities at a senior level.
