Linlithgow Golf Club
Please remember to repair pitch marks and put your rubbish in bins or take home with you. Please also comply with the SOUND HORN notices on entering the tunnel as there have been a number of complaints about delivery drivers, in particular, ignoring the notices on each side of the canal bridge. If all our Members, at least, make their presence known, everyone should stay safe.

Linlithgow Golf Club sits high above the Royal Burgh town of Linlithgow, Scotland. Our beautiful 18-hole course is situated within the farmland and hillside of the surrounding area, offering up stunning views of the Ochil Hills, Union Canal and Forth Valley. Steeped in history and tradition, Linlithgow is ideally situated half way between Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Services
In 1913, the original course was laid out by Robert Simpson, the professional at Carnoustie, of which the first four holes still survive today. Since 1950 the club has had an association with the MacKinnon family of Drambuie fame. It was Gena MacKinnon who bought Braehead Farm to protect the interests of the club, and leased the land to the club in 1950 so that the club could be extended to 18 holes.

Only went there for food as not a golfer but was meeting a friend who is. Food was fantastic, with great portions. Prices were seriously low for the quality and size. Hoping to get an invite again for some food and a catch-up there!

Love this course and went round with a member who was so welcoming and helpful. Definite recommend to anyone, noting it is hilly so those less fit should enquire about buggies.

Another good night at the Linlithgow Golf club at the Walking Football Whisky night.
Once inside the main lounge was nice and warm and all set up for the night ahead.
Nice bar staff manning a well stocked bar.
At half-time we were served a large helping of haggis beeps and tatties.
Second half was a good laugh and very enjoyable.
Always enjoy a visit to the Linlithgow golf club.
