From the first phone call until the day of the funeral and beyond, Malcolm, Kelsea and the team could not have done more, we can’t thank them enough for the empathy, help and guidance they have given.They looked after our beloved, darling daughter/granddaughter / sister with respect and dignity, nothing was too much trouble often seeing us and taking our calls out of hours, they went above and beyond to ensure all of our wishes were met. We honestly can’t recommended ISCA highly enough, they are professional whilst being friendly and understanding we thank you from the bottom of our hearts

I did not plan the funeral but was left to deal with the estate of my late ex husband. Whilst the banks were processing the funds from his account which would be used to pay the balance of the funeral, I kept Isca Funerals informed of what was happening. Unfortunately these things take time and but Isca funerals were not supportive and instead were demanding money from me (which I did not have) and left me threatening messages despite the fact they knew I was still awaiting the funds to be released. Unbelievably, they took it upon themselve to contact my ex husband's bank themselves to hurry things

In 2019 my nan was extremely poorly, I messaged Isca Funerals (on a friday) and asked some questions regarding a possible impending funeral. They could not have been more helpful! By the beginning of the following week our whole world changed and we required the use of their services. They were amazing, listened to everything we said and wanted and went above and beyond so we could give this amazing matriarch the best send off we possibly could. Making her funeral as personal as possible and just as she would have wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and even kept informed around our song choices

A huge thank you to Malcolm, Jordan and Kelsea for the way they prepared and conducted our son, Chris' funeral. Despite numerous changes of plan, nothing was too much trouble. We were pleased with the thoughtful and unexpected additions; the Exeter Chiefs flag, he would have loved it, and the Haribo, Kelsea! The service captured the essence of Chris.

I lost my Son 29 in tragic circumstances. I am broken. Malcolm somehow managed to be a constant in an Alice in Wonderland experience. Everything about this was wrong..Malcolm managed to keep things professional whilst knowing exactly what was needed of him . This man who was a stranger to me , just knew . On Saturday 7th December 2019 we had an incredible service for my beloved husband. I had originally met Malcolm with 3 of my friends a month and a half earlier. I wanted to know what was available for someone so amazing as my Beloved. Malcolm is so unbelievably patient. It was a Saturday and my friends and I were in his office for 2 and half hours.
I remember him telling me that Isca was there to make things legal so I should think about what I would like. I didn't have a clue. I thought I had to have a service in a church or crematorium but he told me I didn't! Well, that was a game changer.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Isca for helping us arrange our Grandad's funeral. It was tasteful, dignified and exactly how he would have wanted it. The case quite close to home but it dealt with kindly and delicately. Thank you for your help and support during this difficult time, and thank you for your gentle manner with our lovely Granny.
Especially thanks to Julie, who gave a fantastic eulogy that perfectly captured Grandad's spirit! ( and taught us a few things about him too!)
