We serve traditional tea house favourites, inlcuding our generous afternoon cream teas as well as fantastic home cooked breakfasts all day long. You can choose a full English breakfast, or a freshly prepared sandwich or baguette, perhaps a warming homemade soup with crusty bread. If it is lunch you require the Beer Battered Fish and Chips or an Steak and Ale Pie could be your choice.
Alongside a pot of traditional tea or a freshly brewed cappuccino, or even a glass of wine or lager. We are famous for afternoon teas, choosing from our large handmade scones, served with clotted cream and jam, to our large selection of cakes, freshly prepared sandwiches or our homemade puddings such as Bakewell Tart or Treacle Tart served with lashings of custard.

Services
We look forward to welcoming you and your party to the Lyndhurst Tea House. We are a small local family owned business run by Hilary and Gary Brand. We genuinely care about every meal and drink we prepare. We would like you to enjoy good quality, great looking, superb tasting dishes, and to return time and time again.
Lyndhurst is at the heart of the New Forest National Park. The village is packed full of independent shops crammed with interesting goodies not available anywhere else. The village and the surrounding parkland is a walkers paradise with trails through the forest where you will see the famous New Forest Ponies.
We are located in Lyndhurst High Street, at the entrance to the public car park with over 200 spaces. Please do not telephone us during lockdown. Although we are offering a delivery service there will normally not be someone at the premises to answer phone calls. When we reopen we will not be taking bookings (unless you have a voucher) due to limited space.

Popped in on the spur of the moment while ambling around Lyndhurst, wanted Tea and lunch for 4 - included 2x seniors. Staff are lovely. Atmosphere is friendly, homely. And the food was delicious. I had a landowners plate (I think that's what it was called), and it has to have been the best ham I have ever tasted. Good cheese, chutney, and bread!! Wish I lived closer....
