Play Station Nursery Ltd runs two privately owned nurseries in Bristol. These consist of two provisions, the one in Little Stoke has been open for 20 years and the Filton site has been providing Child care for over 5 years. As parents ourselves we are very proud of our nurseries with their warm, caring, and friendly atmosphere.
Play Station Nurseries aim to develop a partnership between parents, children, and the nursery in order to achieve the very best care and education for each individual child. Hi my name is Joanne Knight and I am the owner of Play Station nursery.
Play Station Nursery was founded by a young mum who had a passion for childcare. She saw a need for a friendly, accessible nursery in the local area. A three storey Victorian house in Little Stoke became the perfect location for this project, and so in 2001; Play Station Nursery was born.
Thirteen years on, the staff team are just as committed to offering families not just quality childcare, but a service of support for families in the local community.At Play Station our vision is something shared and practiced by all who join the nursery. We believe childhood is something that should be relished, never hurried.

Recognising the opportunity to provide for many families in the local area who are lacking support and childcare services, our Filton setting has become an established, reputable nursery of the local area. With our recent first Ofsted report resulting in a rating of 'Good', we are eager to continue developing on our journey as a quality nursery provision.

My son attended Playstation Nursery for 2 years and loved every minute of it. They have lovely Staff whom care a great deal for the children and form lovely relationships. My son enjoyed the outside space and the trips they take on the local train. I cant recommend it enough, they supported us through his transition to school and as a result it was seamless.
