Our vision has always and remains the same - to create and provide a high quality early years provision for all. The setting know how important it is to provide a high quality provision in order to enable all children to fulfil their potential. The setting believes that every child is unique and deserves the best possible start in life.
To achieve this, the practitioners in the setting value and support children's learning through play therefore our practice enables all children to learn with enjoyment and challenges. Our vision is to provide an environment in which all children are cared for and educated by educators who are highly qualified and dedicated to their profession.

Services
Bridgewood Day Nursery was established in 2001. The children within the setting are provided with first hand exploratory experiences and play based activities which provide children with opportunities to talk, interact and socialise. The practitioners also support and encourage the children to explore, investigate and be creative in their own ways and personalities.
Bridgewood Day Nursery value and respect the partnership with parents and carers. Therefore, the setting has established this sound partnership with parents, and carers by providing every child with a key person who cares for and educate the children in the setting. The Unique Story is being used in a way to exchange information about the children development, progress and needs between parents, carers and their key person.
Fees are payable every four weeks in advance, fees continue to be payable if a child is absent. In cases of prolonged absence parents should consult management about fees payable. Each child's attendance at the setting is conditional upon continued payment of any necessary fees. Should any parent have difficulty paying the fees on a four week invoice they should talk to the nursery in confidence.
We have 7 members of staff who are all all qualified. The manager of the setting is Renata and holds a degree in Early Years. Our staff turnover is excellent and we are proud of the continuity that they provide to all the children. All staff are CRB checked upon joining our team.
Our staff are continuously developing their skills through training all through the year, skills such as First aid, Health and hygiene, Child protection and all other relative courses.
