Headed up by Chris, who started at Henley House on his own, the team has grown over the years and now consists of a solid core of skilled individuals with varied experience and backgrounds, culminating in an impressive collection of veterinary experts. We understand that you want your pet's visit to be a positive one, which is why we have taken great lengths to minimise stress in the practice.
Since taking over at Henley House in 2006 we have invested heavily in improving and updating the facilities. We now have a bigger car park, three consulting rooms, a comfortable extended waiting room, a full in-house laboratory, full dental facilities including dental x-ray, two separate operating theatres with heated operating tables and separate cat and dog wards.
Our Healthy Pet Club allows you to spread the cost of caring for your pets throughout the year. It covers your pets for all of their routine healthcare needs, including preventative treatments and expert advice, giving you complete peace of mind for your pets' wellbeing.
The Healthy Pet Club includes your pet's 6 monthly health check-ups where we'll give advice as needed along with support and planning to help prevent problems arising for them in the future.The cost of maintaining the general health of your pets is then discounted and distributed throughout the year by monthly direct debit payments - plus you qualify for an additional discount on other items and services in the practice.

If you need emergency treatment or advice call Henley House as usual on 01825 766099 and a recorded message will give instructions on how to contact VetsNow. Should your pet be unfortunate enough to require emergency treatment at night or over the weekend you want to know they are going to get the best care.
Henley House is a friendly, high quality, caring independent veterinary clinic situated in Uckfield, East Sussex. This is a delightfully picturesque part of the country just a stone's throw from Ashdown Forest, the South Downs and the White Cliffs off the south coast. For travelling further afield we are only a short distance from Gatwick airport, the Channel Tunnel and there is a direct train link to London.

Tricky one this. Sadly my dog had fleas. Spoke to the dog groomer who said these pills, about £20 should do the trick but need to be prescribed. So booked a appointment, was whisked in and out not told clearly about treatment and charged £77 Didn't have the money so was told 7 days. Then the emails started saying payment was due instantly. I phoned up and was told I had got someone in trouble and needed to pay right away. Found the whole process a bit of an ordeal. Paid next day and didn't even get a receipt or message that it was paid. So basically they hustled me for more money than was expected
