I took my engagement ring in to get advice about whether they could make it wearable as another jeweller had told me to only wear it on special occasions as it was now an old lady and too thin to wear daily. I was devastated with this reply as my engagement ring is precious to me as you would expect. On taking it to Steve and Sue the assessment was completely different, Steve explained how the ring was made and reassured me that it was perfectly wearable. After leaving it in for the clasps around the diamonds to be checked and repaired and the ring cleaned my ring was returned to me in sparkling
