What a great shop in a lovely location. I was after something nice for my partner and the staff were very helpful. I spoke with a gentleman called Jeremy and he advised me on what was best. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend visiting if your in the area.

Not impressed. Was looking to sell a very nice Zenith watch. The guy was very dismissive and uninterested. To say he was brusque would be doing him a favour. Rude would be a better word. What a contrast to the other jewellers in the area who, even if they were not interested in purchasing my watch, were helpful and polite.

My husband my father and myself called today to be told by a very abrupt dismissive man that it wasnt a shop for us to "BROWSE IN" which we thought was an odd thing to say to potential customers...he then stood there with a face like fat making it the most uncomfortable situation to be in until we asked to be buzzed back out the door. After meeting some truly lovely people in our couple of days in harrogate i have to say i truly hope no one else has to seemingly 'inconvienience as customers this miserable man in his not allowed to browse shop......
