We have recently acquired Long barn Holiday Cottages and having traveled around the world and the UK with our young family we are looking forward to using our own experiences, to enable us to quickly establish the important factors when looking for accommodation. These are the bases of our work now at Long Barn Holiday Cottages, so you too can enjoy some wonderful holidays with us in this beautiful area of South Devon.
Long Barn Holiday Cottages were developed by converting four traditional stone farm buildings into the very best luxury holiday accommodation. Each cottage has been carefully converted to ensure maximum comfort whilst retaining many original features such as exposed beams and stripped antique pine / flagstone floors.
Our 10th stay in Honeybag. We've been here in every season, so lovely, only one when we couldn't sit out on the terrace. An enjoyable and relaxing week in our 2 cottages, which were both very comfortable and well equipped. Adults and children alike made appreciative use of the pool and play areas. Storm Dennis may have ruined the weather for us, but it certainly didn't ruin our stay!
How does the booking system work in the pool? We book the pool on an hourly basis so that each cottage has exclusive use. Is the garden enclosed? Yes all our gardens and Honeybag's terrace are enclosed for private use. In addition we have two play areas, one with climbing frame, trampoline etc for everyone's use.
We have a wide range of facilities to suit all ages from barbeques to flat screen televisions and easy parking. We also like to include plenty of fun features for all ages, to keep even the most restless of youngsters and young-at-hearts happy. Indoor children's play area with two-storey play house, pool table, table tennis and table football.

Come here every year, just love it. this place is great. It has it's own swimming pool, well kept to. Play barn for the kid in door, out door play area. What more could you ask for. Accommodation is really nice and cosy. The location of long barn is perfect, its roughly 10 -20 mins away from most places that you'd need to go to. Thanks for great holidays and memories.
