Having had our first mummy and daughter holiday here in Feb 2019 and doing a holiday as a single mummy I was excited but slightly anxious about being somewhere that we knew nothing about!
I had nothing to worry about from start to finish Kate and Jamie were amazing.
We stayed at The Seadog, a gorgeous cottage with stunning views of Brixham. The cottage was well equipped, clean, tidy, full of character and inviting. Brixham and the locals are lovely and we were never board. There is always something to do even if it’s raining. Kate was on hand to answer any queries (even while on her own holiday

We stayed at 6 Dolphin Court, Brixham. Accommodation was just as described, clean, functional, everything we needed, and with a partial harbour view from the lounge. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the centre of Brixham and 2 minute walk to the South West Coast Path. We did 2 legs during our stay, right to KIngswear one day, tough , and left aroung Torbay to Torquay and beyond another. Both excellent walks made easy logistically by the superb local bus service which returned us in comfort each day to Brixham.

Stayed in New Quay Cottage on King Street Beautiful property, combining old and new. Spacious bathrooms with modern showers. Lovely views of Brixham and the harbour from the mezzanine level. The kitchen cupboards however are full of cutlery and crockery etc so there is only the undercounter fridge and small worktop space to store food and drink. The cottage is at the bottom of a very busy hill and the road is very noisy during day light hours, this however only bothered 1 member of the 3 people who stayed so it’s just personal opinion. A wonderful experience to see the Herring Gulls nesting on
