Services
We are Lizzie, Nathan, Jessica and Amelia! Lizzie previously headed up a team of Equine Veterinary Nurses in a large referral veterinary practice in Berkshire and Nathan was in the communications sector. Both of us worked shifts and were quite often "like passing ships in the night". We had always dreamt of running our own business and after our first daughter was born, we started to look for a property.
Through a stable door and straight into the lounge and dining room. This is the perfect escape for couples or a family. The cottage is in a quiet corner of a courtyard, next to a beautiful Camelia bush. Double glass doors lead from the living area to the enclosed private terrace with table and chairs, and garden at the rear, perfect for letting children and dogs run about in.
A large farmhouse style kitchen welcomes you into Hyssop cottage. Two steps up and into the lounge with a log burner, perfect for relaxing in front of during the evening. Glass patio doors in the living room lead to the enclosed private terrace with table and chairs, and a garden perfect for relaxing.
With views over the farm and sun throughout the day, this cottage is very popular with young families and couples alike. Downstairs the cottage has a well equipped modern kitchen. The living/dining room has two sofas and an armchair around a log burning stove. There is also a downstairs toilet off the entrance hall.
Recently refurbished, this cottage has the wow factor! Ideal for families and groups of friends. From the wooden flooring and cosy rug in front of the fire in the lounge and the two dining areas, there is space for everyone to escape. The living room and kitchen have double doors leading onto the secluded terrace with table and chairs, flowering shrubs and tubs.

We had a fantastic week at Nethway with our 3 and 5 year old. Gorgeous, cosy cottage with beautiful furnishings and very comfy beds, there was a lovely deck at the back with table and chairs that we had dinner at each evening too. The swimming pool, soft play and animal feeding were huge highlights for our children and we loved the location of the farm which is near to great beaches, the steam railway, gorgeous Dartmouth and lots of other activities. I can't think what more you'd want from a holiday!

What an absolutely fantastic place, the cottage itself was lovely clean and very spacious. Wonderful hosts, great facilities, and best all our boys had plenty to do around the farm including a spot of fishing and feeding Fudge & Toffee.
Would definitely stay here again and great location for access to everything!

My wife and I along with our 3-year-old daughter and dog stayed here a few weeks ago and it was by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We stayed in the pet friendly cottage ‘Hyssop’ which was perfect. So much thought and detail has gone into making sure the cottage had everything we needed, there was a bed guard set up and even a dog blanket and treats! The kitchen was fully equipped and if there was anything, we needed it was no trouble for the owners Lizzie and Nathan.

We have just come home from the most incredible holiday at this perfect place. The location between Brixham and Kingswear couldn’t have been better as it was central to so many beautiful places.
The kids were so well catered for as were us grownups.
It’s located in a beautiful place and we had the run of the farm.
The kids were able to bottle feed the baby goats and lambs twice a day, stroke the piglets, sheep and goats whenever they wanted and they could even feed the chickens with bags of pre made up feed which they could help themselves to.
There’s a lovely mud kitchen by a stream

We stayed at Nethway Farm a few weeks ago, and had a lovely time. So much so, that we have booked a cottage for next Easter.
We stayed in Meadowsweet cottage, where the open-plan space flows from the kitchen area, past the dining table and into the living space, which is framed beautifully by a deep L-shaped sofa and log-burner. Perfect for relaxing afternoons and cosy evenings.
Lizzie and Nathan were incredibly warm and friendly and had thought of the smallest of details to make the cottage feel welcoming. From the freshly cut spring flowers collected from the garden, to eggs recently laid by

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Tarragon Cottage. The owners had thought of every detail to make our stay very comfortable and welcoming. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and a lot more. The log fire made the evenings extra cosy, and we loved feeding the animals and exploring the farm. Our toddler really enjoyed the play areas and she still talks about Magnum! There are so many places to visit and see in the local area and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Nethway for a fabulous week.
