I went to this emergency vet for my small frenchie puppy as she hurt her leg. I was told by them that my pup had no breaks or fractures and was probably limping because of a muscle injury and trauma. They told us that they had given her painkillers that should last 12 hours and basically put her to sleep. But after 5 hours my pup was awake and crying in pain. So I took her to my usual vet the next day who then told me she indeed did have a fracture and the pain killers they gave her would only last for 6 hours which explains why she was in pain again. But for me 2 big red flags that they couldn

We had to take our 12 year old Springer Spaniel there as an out of hours emergency because our vets were closed. Only 4 stars only because being 12 years old, circumstances meant she wasn't insured, and being an emergency over a weekend the final costs were very expensive almost £4000.
However, after some scans etc, when they operated they found she had polycystic ovaries which they removed and they also spayed her. In essence they saved her life and the care which they showed her was exemplary so in that respect a 5 star rating would be realistic. They have potentially given our dog a few more

If you're after a business that will take advantage of you in your emotional peak, then this is the place for you! Charging criminal rates with no regulatory control. Head on down to vets now... after all you have no other choice in this corrupt industry.

Our elderly dog Charlie suffered a seizure & we took him to Vets Now Coventry. The care he received from Cynthia & others including the admin staff (apologies for not remembering names) at the practice was 1st class. I was updated thru the night but sadly Charlie fell asleep early hours. I was able to be with him at the end & at no point felt rushed. I spoke to Cynthia when collecting Charlie's ashes & she was more than happy to discuss what had happened. I left confident that my beautiful boy had had the best of care right to the very end. This is a great comfort to myself & my family. The staff

We were directed to the out of hours vet by our own vets. Our dog was very unwell and they were supportive and caring. Possible tests and diagnosis and treatments were discussed after initial assessment. As was the likely costs! We we able to ring for an update whenever we wanted. We are sure they saved his life!

I couldn’t thank Vets Now enough after my little dog was hit by a car. They managed to fit her in for an emergency appointment & kept me updated on exactly what was happening & what would need to be the next steps. Confirmed all the treatments required with me beforehand, before going ahead with anything. Very helpful & very compassionate. Wouldn’t recommend another vet in emergency circumstances! Thank you to the nurses & Veterinarians who were on shift today to help!
