Having had several cats, we have used the vet here many times. Wonderful, professional service (mostly) from all.
Today was a disappointment to say the least.
Searching on eBay, I found what I wanted to buy, but decided to buy anyway from Oakfield Atherstone, although 50% dearer than eBay. Support local economy etc.
At the vet, I waited outside while a previous customer was being dealt with. After he left, the receptionist didn't even say hello, just turned her back and let the door close (not even properly). I was left wondering should I go in or not.
