The lady i first spoke with at 8pm yesterday evening was really nice and helped me with some tips on my hamster. The lady who i met in the vets was really nice too.

Thankfully SJ Hales Veterinary Services agreed to neuter my male kitten, Sebastian. He was booked for a procedure at another vet on 26 January, but this was cancelled due to the lockdown. Cant tell you how I appreciate their help. Sadly a male kitten cannot wait several months, unless of course the neighbours want a male cat on heat in their back garden! Thank you for your care and understanding, and the professional manner in which you helped Sebastian. We will use SJ Veterinary Services again for both our cats in the future.

Operated on my 3 month old English bull dog because he had a small hernia. They operated in the morning and come 5 pm when I got him back he was being sick and appeared to have been given too much anesthetic and suddenly passed away hence my rating of the company they were verry sorry but weirdly still wanted the money for the operation and offerd cremation free of charge as a "good will gesture"???
I have email wich I requested for the reason why they decided to operate at 3 months for a small hernia that in my and other professional vets opinion shouldn't have been opperted on for at least six
