Have been contacting this company since March leaving voice mails and sending emails. No response. The current Covid 19 situation does cause problems ... but surely not responding to emails and calls over many months is not acceptable

Just finishing up dealing with avenue after choosing our new home with there agency! It’s taken one week for me to view the property have the checks done and have a move in date I have already made a bond with my future landlord and I am just so happy with the staff at avenue! They have been quick and professional and very kind and welcoming I just know I made the right choice as I’m a young mother and worry a lot! Cristo and Celia made sure my worries were non existent.. so thank you guys here’s to a happy new home 🍾

Avenue have rented out my property for 8 years. Excellent at finding the right Tennant for the right property. Still I have the same great person living there.
Cristo is super efficient Manager, cool personable very knowledgable and deals with everything at lightening speed, to resolve any issues. He runs all the affairs so smoothly.
I have felt very safe and trusted my property with Avenue. The rent payments came through on time, gas safety checks insurances and any new legislation were all dealt with for me, at a very reasonable monthly fee.
Peace of mind is well worth it, would highly recommend
