At 22 Street Lane Nursery, our aim is to provide the highest level quality of care and education for young children. Our role is to encourage and support each child in all areas of their development, thereby creating individuals who are confident and creative builders of their own futures. To this end, we have prepared a loving and stimulating environment that is engaging and responsive to every child at each stage of their development.
22 Street Lane Nursery offers an exceptional learning experience for children aged, one month to five years. We feel it is essential to work together with parents so that the best outcomes can be achieved for the child by sharing as much information as possible. We try and include parents in the life of the nursery and support them with all aspects of their child's learning.
We have a bi-annual parents' evening to provide the opportunity for parents to come in and talk to their child's key person about their progress and look through their child's development profile.We also have a bi-annual information evening for parents of children new to the Discoverers' room which is an opportunity to learn about the ethos and routines of the room.

At 22 Street Lane Nursery, we believe that wearing uniform encourages the children to have a sense of belonging and pride in nursery and helps them in their preparation for school. We believe it is good for all children over the age of 2 years old to wear the Nursery uniform. Children under the age of two years have a no uniform policy, however, it is essential that they wear comfortable, safe and suitable clothing for their busy day.

What an amazing nursery! Fantastic facilities and a wonderful learning environment. The staff here are amazing and really know each child individually. My son has come on leaps and bounds since attending the nursery and I couldn’t recommend the nursery enough. A special mention to the wonderful nursery manager Alex, and my sons brilliant key worker Charlotte. Their passion and commitment to the children is admirable. Just wish I’d put my sons name down sooner so he could have been there since the beginning 💙💙💙

Our child has attended for a couple of years. Being that the property has undergone a huge scheme of renovation in recent years, the whole location inside and out is lovely.
Our child is really happy at this nursery. So much so, that when driving past, he is excited to see it through the car window from his seat.
The facilities are excellent. There style of education is engaging. We have clearly seen the benefits from him coming to this nursery. We receive regular updates and pictures too.
All staff have been very friendly and professional. They communicate well with us.
Highly recommended

My son is absolutely thriving at 22sln. Staff are amazing and the nursery has brilliant facilities (they even have chickens ). He is always excited when we arrive and I can never get him back out when I pick him up. He is only 16 months and I know he loves it here. He is always having fun adventures and activities with all the staff in chicklets room. They cater brilliantly for dietary requirements meaning my son can fit in and have the same meals as all the other children rather than having something completely different just because of the dairy content. If children have pizza then so does he
