Our friendly team are categorised according to their level of experience and priced accordingly. We undertake regular colour training and our colour correction service is a speciality. A full free consultation must be carried out before booking. We will be completely honest with what can be achieved and the time scale involved with keeping the integrity of the hair.

Planning your wedding in a pandemic isn't the easiest but we are here for you in 2021 to help and support you with your planning. We are taking bookings for 2021 and 2022 now. With having 6 highly experienced bridal stylist we are flexible with dates and last minute changes to your plans. Your wedding day is one of the biggest days of your life and we want your wedding hair to reflect that.

I arrived on time and was asked to wait half-an-hour because the client before me had not arrived on time - unprofessional. I asked for a soft layered cut. I came out with a blunt cut, one layer across the back and the remainder virtually straight. I did a better job myself during the pandemic. I will never go there again, and never recommend

As an existing customer I am truly appreciative of Kirsty, and the wider Team efforts, to get us back to our regular appointments. I love my regular visit but to be fair, my cut held pretty strong (all things… considered) throughout the original lockdown - all thanks to my superb stylist! In addition, I felt confident that my self styled fringe trims could easily be recovered! I’m so grateful for all you are doing to give us the experience we love whilst balancing safety during these strange times. Thank goodness too for booking through to December. Fantastic experience at Number 8 👍 very safe, fantastic and relaxing hair wash and massage (😍) Kat listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and took it to another level! Only when I got home did I realise what had happened to my hair. Had a relaxing experience while it was being cut but didn’t pay attention to the actual cut! I now look like a man with shaved sides and not much on top! Have cried so much since I got home. Showed photos of my pixie cut and got a GI Joe! Very upset! Will not go back to complain as the damage is done now. Very disappointing!

We have just moved so a new hairdresser was paramount to me and I picked the best luckily. Hit the jackpot .

I can't thank the ladies enough for giving me such a wonderful hair experience. I was in there for a while and the ladies made my little boy so welcome (I've been to other places where they just don't like kids) and gave him Peppa pig to watch and biscuits and juice. Even played with him while I was being seen too. The ladies are so down to earth and make you feel welcome. Can't fault this place and the best part, I've come out with lush curls again with a beautiful cut too! Thank you!
