Our pets live longer than ever before. Old age, unfortunately, is often accompanied with some degeneration in health. We offer a 24 hour emergency service. For those times when our surgery is closed we have set up an arrangement with Vets Now, the UK's leading provider of dedicated emergency veterinary care. Vets Now work in partnership with us and we have arranged for their specialised emergency Out Of Hours service to be available for you and your pet.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.

Completely incompetent uncompassionate and money motivated. I rushed a boxer in telling them she was struggling to breath as an emergency appointment they charged me 370 and sent me packing telling me therenqas nothing wrong we watched her for another week suffer and took her back as another emergency appointment as she was gasping for air. The male vet was pretty obnoxious and spoke.down at us only telling us like.we told.u last week there is nothing wrong with her breathing. took.some bloods and charged me another 400 odd quid sent me away with a poorly dog. I took her to willowsni n Solihull
