Order Pet Prescriptions Report

This service provides a quick and convenient way for people whose animals are already registered with the surgery to order repeat prescriptions for medication or treatment of their pets. For any repeat or written prescriptions, please give us at least 48 hours notice. The veterinary surgeon may only prescribe Prescription Only Medicines (Category POM-V) for animals under their care.

SignVideo BSL Service Report

Deaf BSL users can call us today from the unique practice SignVideo link on our Contact Us page or on the Branch pages. The service is free, however to access the service deaf clients must have access to their own videophone, laptop, PC, smartphone or tablet with their own data.

SignVideo is a free service for deaf clients who use British Sign Language (BSL), which enables them to communicate with our veterinary practices either face to face or via telephone via a videophone, laptop, PC, smartphone or tablet.

Always call us for help and advice rather than struggle with problems - most can be overcome with time and effort. Although when talking about worms we are mainly talking about intestinal parasites (roundworms and tapeworms), there are also species that can exist in the lungs and airways such as lungworm.

If you have an appointment they let their own friends in without queuing before you. Then 20 minutes after the appointment was scheduled, they called me asking where I am. I think my dog doesn't like you and I'm going to a different vet next time.

First time that I had to ring this vets. My 17yr old Jack Russell was having a seizure/stroke, I knew it was his time. He was in a lot of distress, couldn't hold his head up, eyes rolling back into head & difficulty breathing. I was so distraught as I could see he was suffering. I phoned Severn Edge & explained all this to the girl on the phone, but I was told they were fully booked & that earliest appointment was the next morning. I explained that he needed attention ASAP & but she would not budge. I ended up phoning my previous vets, Gladstone's in Hadley & although they too were fully booked
