Services
Here at Haygate Veterinary Centres we have surgeries convenient for all parts of the Telford area. This avoids our clients having to travel far and lets us give a personal service, but still allows access to the comprehensive facilities and expertise of a large modern practice. All of our surgeries have excellent parking facilities that are immediately adjacent to our practices and are easy to reach by public transport.
Here at Haygate Veterinary Centres, we're very proud to have so many enthusiastic and dedicated individuals working in our friendly practice. We are all passionate about animals and their well-being, from our veterinary surgeons and qualified nurses to our essential support staff. Highly trained and caring, each of us has a role to play in making this a special practice for you to visit with your pet.
Our team of highly dedicated and experienced veterinary surgeons and vet nurses are devoted to your pet's wellbeing. Your pets are always our priority. We all have our own pets and work hard to provide the same service to you that we would want for our own much-loved animals. At our surgery we provide continuity of care, working with you to provide effective and high quality treatment.
In the event of an emergency during our normal opening hours please contact your local surgery and you will be advised what to do next. If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our clinic is closed, please contact MiNightVet Telford on 01952 453300. MiNightVet Telford is our preferred emergency services partner.
We are always pleased to receive your feedback and constantly aim to provide a high-quality service, so if you have any compliments or suggestions on how we can improve, we would like to hear from you. Always gone to Madeley haygate vets and have never had a bad incident there, they helped use when our family god got sick and passed, they have taken very good care of my cat when he broke a rib and now they are helping with our kittens and keeping us well informed and are happy to answer any questions an owner will have about their pets ☺️

Despite the restricted number of parking spaces I would rate the centre as high as possible.
Very friendly staff and knowledgeable and patient Vets who make sure you understand all they are telling you, even when this can be quite complex.
Everyone's focus is 100% on the health and welfare of your pet.

I ask my partner to take my cat Tigger to the vets as he was limping. they examined him and said they could see nothing wrong with him.
well he was examined by another local vet and has found a fracture so on this occasion i thinking of suing you as my animal was left in unnecessary pain down to incompetent vet.
The practice has contacted me after my review and the vet spoke to me Helen Wishart who is rude and arrogant who i will never let her touch my cat as on this occasion failed to notice the severity of his injury of a fracture leg as he was limping. sorry but in my opinion you should have

We are so impressed with the service at Madeley. They bend over backwards to help you and will always make time for you. We were new to kittens and they helped give brilliant advice and always welcome our questions and eager to help. Our kittens needed an appointment and they called other practices to ensure we got the appointment we needed. Efficient and professional. They put the animals first. Thank you everyone.

What an awful vets. I’ve had nothing but issues with this vets. Had only 2 appointments in which the vet ‘forgot’ to call me back with results for over a week on both occasions.
The reception person who’s calls for payment contacted me on numerous occasions chasing money. Which they had already been made aware was the incorrect amount due to them putting the insurance paperwork in wrong. Just not a nice experience at all. All my dogs have now been moved vet. I really would not ever recommend this place.
