The welcome was exceptional. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. We had roast. The beef was very tender and not too thick which was ideal. The vegetarian roast was just with all the trimmings and no meat. The roast potatoes were a little bit 'old' as we had the roast in the evening. All in all overall it was a good meal. The only thing was, when we went to pay there was an 'optional 10%' service charge placed on the bill. If you didn't read it properly you would be charged 10% on the food and drinks. My partner and I don't agree with service charges as we like to tip an amount if we feel

Fabulous 2 night stay here. Great hotel in a bubbling but quaint town with lots of shops, bars, restaurants.
We were overwhelmed with how efficient the team are from check-in, bar, restaurant to departure - absolute stars who work well together to create a great guest experience. The room was very spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and really well presented.
Amazing place, definitely recommend.

Strolled into town, looking for a nice place where dogs are allowed. To be honest all pubs in Moreton are nice but this was the only one open I could find at 12.. Staff friendly nice little out door area at rear to sit n drink n eat etc... Great little dog bar.. See pic, where you can help yourself to water and treats.
