The spacious Classic Twin Rooms with 2 Double Beds are perfect for groups and families. These Classic Twin rooms boast more space with two double beds, catering for up to 4 guests. I went with my daughter for her birthday with two her friends too The place is amazing The staff were so helpful & amazing to us The staff found out was my girl birthday & surprised us with bottle champagne sitting in fancy stand with ice & Fluke glasses in our room, We got that excited about it We locked ourselves out the room 🙈 we had to call… staff to open the door lol But the guy was so nice about it The place is spotless, food lovely too, The surroundings is stunning, You get what you pay for l definitely be back again soon to enjoy steam room, pool etc When l need

The room was lovely. Very clean.
Had booked dinner for 7.30pm. Didn't have to work long to be shown to our table. Service was excellent. Had 3 courses. Didn't have to wait long for our courses. Really enjoyable.
In contrast, breakfast wasn't as good. Shown to our table pretty quickly. For the continental breakfast, you have to order this at the table as well as tea/coffee and toast.
For cooked breakfast, you have to queue and advise what you require. Most of the items were just earm.There is no self service

We were in for Christmas afternoon tea on the 28th December. very disappointed with the service and the quality. We had to ask for tea and Coffee also clean plates and knives, the sandwiches were dry and inferior the cake selection very poor looked like they had been purchased from a discount supermarket and unfortunately the scones were dry and heavy. This was a long awaited get together and a special day out for all. I was so upset for my cousin who organized and paid for the day. First time visiting and definitely the last.

We absolutely love this Hotel! The staff are so friendly, and helpful. Neil the front door man was very helpful in ordering our car service to get us into town. He is so charming and always made us feel welcome . Neil always took the time to answer all of our questions. Jack at the front desk answered all of our questions as well as sorting out our accommodations. He is a really nice guy and very professional. We stayed during the festive period and Lauren helped us book all our party meals and entertainment. This was our third time staying at this hotel whilst visiting Scotland. Our suite had

Not worth the money.
Don't get me wrong, the rooms were nice enough, clean, and comfy. However, for the price we expected a lot more. For example: No water was provided on arrival (something commonplace in much cheaper hotel rooms) but I was informed the tap water was drinkable, there was no minibar provided, room service was stopped at 11 pm without any prior warning, and in general it felt like we were not being taken care of properly for the amount we had paid for the room - after visiting the pool, I called down to reception to request more towels and they just never arrived.

Was there for dinner. Very relaxing and spacious cocktail bar. The restaurant was also nice and spacious and food was absolutely delicious, though not a wide range of choice on the main restaurant menu particularly for vegetarians. The brasserie menu has more variety but was closed when we were there

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, could not fault it. My 10 month old son became unwell and they went out of their way to help me. They even went out and got some calpol and said it was on them!! Duty manager Steven who was on the night we stayed was fantastic. Food was excellent and the staff were amazing. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel and room was very clean and the staff we encountered were very friendly. On a rating out of 5 it would be a four though This is down to a few niggles regarding not having a bottle ready in the room… as was part of the booking. And a couple of mistakes on the final bill. Yes easily corrected. But as a four star hotel would expect things to be more on point. Final note would be a big thanks to the reservations team (especially Jackie), for all the help in answering the many questions I had prior and up to staying.

We had a fantastic family staycation here, boys loved the swimming pool, pitch and putt and the play park. We also payed a little extra for the indoor camping which again the boys loved, the only downside was trying to get them out of the tent! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the hotel grounds were immaculate. The service was excellent, every member of staff was helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. So much to do with kids in the surrounding area, we wished we could stay longer. Thanks Dalmahoy, we had a brilliant time and will definitely be back.

Duvet day experience.
We arrived and got welcomed at the front desk.
We was asked if we wanted the cream tea which we got very shortly after unpacking.
After handing back our breakfast selection to front desk, we requested our 3 course dinner which arrived in good time and all the food and drink was fantastic.
The room was amazing with great views and all room service staff members were very polite.
In a nutshell, we are planning on going again shortly.
