Exemplary service, with as always a fantastic range of drinks and food. I will comment however that despite the restaurant and bar being rather quiet the service was slightly slower than preferred for drinks that were not complex to make. However due to the beautiful surroundings it was a pleasant wait. I would highly recommend both a stay and dinner or even just passing drinks at the Dakota. It's interior is stunning and the service is fantastic.

A very stylish hotel including a nice restaurant. I don't normally care much for "industrial chic" but this is fabulous. Moreover, the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. This was my first visit to this Dakota, Edinburgh and I shall definitely be back. I have been to Dakota, Glasgow but wasn't so impressed with it.

A designer's dream hotel, as if Massimo Vignelli and Giorgio Armani decided to take thousands of bolts of dark gray cashmere and build an icon to sleek, cozy, deep rich comfort. I've been here twice, and I love it as much as any hotel I've visited anywhere. The Bar and Grill both get ***** as well. Curl up in luxury.

Loved our stay here at the Dakota! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and thorough. We started our Scotland vacation here and we are more than grateful. With a great use of mirrors and lighting, the room feels like a modern designer bedroom rather than your typical hotel stay. The bathroom waterfall shower is an added bonus!
I really appreciated the USB outlets located in the room for our cell phones so we didn't have to use our plug converters.

This place will go down as one of my favourite hotel stays ever!
The staff are friendly and inviting, the entire place is chill, understated but classy and cozy.
The room is small but the space is maximized, the bed was big, raised up and comfy af! It doesn't feel or look like a hotel room, I felt like I was a guest at a very rich friend's house. I actually wish my bedroom was that legit!
We spent sometime in the bar/lounge and it was very cool, lots of seats but still intimate. They had the most delicious cocktails, one of my favourites was a Rhubarb Gin drink

The Dakota Deluxe is only missing one star for me because it lacks a spa (but I am rather picky). Other than that this place is an excellent new addition to Glasgow's hotel scene. I was lucky enough to be shown round all the different styles of rooms. The standard room is very reasonably priced at around £120/night, it is luxurious and very swanky indeed, personally I think it is the best value for money and not too different to the other more expensive rooms. There is one room 'The suite' that comes in at £750/night, its like a little apartment, much bigger in size and it has

Wow - Dakota brings something really fresh and special to the heart of Glasgow with their new Deluxe hotel just off Blythswood Square. We'd stayed at the Eurocentral Hotel a while back and were really impressed, so booked in for an early dinner to visit this one.
It's only been open 4 weeks but the only way you'd really know is by how fresh and pristine the furnishings are. The staff are really slick and professional, and you'd never guess they were all pretty much new to the business (some staff have moved over from Eurocentral/Edinburgh). As you might guess from the outside
