Services
Lilliputs Nursery takes great pride in its good reputation and its high all round standards. Parents are the first educators of their young children and the most important people in a child?s life. We aim to work with parents as partners as much as possible to form strong links between our parents/carers and nursery.
Leadership is inspirational. Monitoring of quality is meticulous and supports incisive self evaluation to sustain continuous improvement in all areas of the nursery. Managers and staff are passionate about providing the very best early years education for all children who attend. Children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities make particularly impressive progress.
On visiting the nursery, the Manager will be happy to show you round and talk to you in detail about the care and facilities we provide. We strictly ensure the equal treatment of all children regardless of gender, ability or ethnic origin. We also show respect for parents, carers, religious, political or personal beliefs.
As research suggests, in the process of caring for and educating young children, no time is too soon to begin. Even from birth children are already competent learners with a rich experience from which to build. All aspects of our curriculum celebrate the skill and competence of babies and young children and highlight the interrelationship between growth, learning, development and the environment in which they are cared for and educated.
As your child gains confidence with walking, running and independence it is usually time for the next stage. In Ladybirds (Tiddlers) everything is a little larger? Each month we work towards a theme as well as children's interests and during our play we aim to achieve goals within the?
With lots of outdoor experiences, your little ones will spend time at nursery focusing on their communication and physical skills and also their social and emotional development.Your child?s key person will plan individually tailored activities to help your child to progress and develop. Our boys have just ended their time at Lilliputs. A time in which they have been enabled to grow into confident and happy boys ready for school. The staff over the last 6.5yrs past and present have been warm, friendly and approachable and cared for our boys. Louise & her management team were always there to answer queries about our children. They are a visible and an active presence in nursery. Our children have thrived on being engaged in different activities including forest school and had access to a wonderful outdoor space & one of the many reasons we chose Lilliputs.
